Handtops, UMPC - OQO Performance -

Ive been using the OQO since yesterday lunch time, and I have to say that I am incredibly impressed with the performance.

Compared to my TC1000, this thing is a damn Ferrari. I used to have to sit for ages waiting for programs and websites to load up on my TC1000, but the OQO loads every page I throw at it instantly.

Me and a colleague have also been working on a Flash game, and as you most likely know, flash is very inefficient. The game ran rather poorly on my TC1000, but on the OQO its near perfect.

I dont know *why* its running so fast compared to the TC1000. They are roughly the same specs (apart from the TC1000 having a far better graphics card). Maybe the OQO has better code morphing software. Maybe its motherboard is far better designed...

I am falling in love with this thing more and more as each hour goes by...
