I agree, Hite. It's possible to 10-finger touch-type on KB's at 7" wide. It would take adjustment, and you might not type 80 wpm, but you could definitely do it. I always feel a little cramped at first shifting to my Lifebook after all day on a full-sized KB, then I get used to it, and it's fine, and there's actually some room to make it smaller, even.

Looking at the size of the VGA connector at the back of the engadget picture I think this device could be smaller than the p1610d. Possibly 7-8 inches in length.

Yeah, I saw that yesterday. The guy is one of those dinosaurs who probably would've said that the home PC would only find a limited market a generation ago.

Well, under his logic, there would have never been an OQO 01+, much less an 02. As a small standalone company, OQO could not afford a failure. If the 01 had failed (whatever that means), the company would have closed down.
