Reading a lot of posts about battery performance from umpc`s i will recommend the tool battery eater.
It is a smart and easy to use freeware for testing the minimal time your battery can work.
Have a full loaded battery and plug your stuff on power. Set the powermanagement of you umpc on shutdown when battery power is less then +/- 4%. Now start battery eater. And set the command "testing".
When you now unpluged the power, battery eater begin to give your stuff realy a lot to do. After the battery is down you only have to do a restart. And can see a very good report from battery eater about the time your battery is working minimal.

I have used the tool a year ago for refreshing my 2 normal 01 batteries a bit confortable.
Since i have a double capacity battery i had left the 2 small one in a bag and forgot them for over one year.
And i had to drain and reload them.
