FS Internal speaker problem

My FS has problem with the internal speaker, the symptom are:

1. The Ear phone jack works
2. The driver is new (from FS)
3. I know the speaker work because I install fresh Vista into the system(using normal vista not FS vista thus no driver), the speaker gave a loud error beeps until I install the sound driver.

I tried to re-install couple time but it is still not working.

I blew the speaker in my flipstart by having the amplification turned all the way up on the sound card. The external earbud/mic works ok. If I turn the volume down to one bar on the sound card my internal speaker will still make noises. Turn it up any higher and it goes dead.
