Coolest. Case. Ever.

Although I like the blue... very Star Wars-ish...

Can't wait to get mine, maybe tomorrow...

Does the chick come with it? Very cool!

While we are on the topic of cases, what's up with the Executive case? Why so expensive?

Keith, any better pictures of that one?

Thanks!

Sorry, I don't have any pictures of the executive portfolio. That was another one that wasn't my idea but I did it anyway. The concept was to put the FS together with accessories that a mobile exec might want in a snazzy case. The problem was that it became too thick in execution and it didn't catch on. Don't get me wrong, the quality is very good and it does hold most of what you would need. My problem was that it was rushed together and not thought out as much as I would have wanted. That's what happens when I let people who don't know what they're doing make those decisions.

what are the dimples/screw holes? on the top for? does that part remove for the snap camera use?

Just ordered it. looks like a nice design. half clam shell to access the side controls?

The dimples are for gripping and the holes are for cooling. The last thing we wanted to do was create a case that would cause the device to heat up more. Whatever you put around the device needs to either remove heat away from the machine or at least let it pass through. We did try to devise it so that the logo part would be removable for the Snap Camera, but the camera's development took too long and we had to go ahead without it. You can remove the portion of the case on the lid and attach the camera, but that part of the case kind of flops around. Not as elegant as we'd hoped.

Will it fit the slim battery?

Hi All,

I just got my Flipstart yesterday and just joined up now to post some news, but I can't start a new topic...

Anyways, Dynamism is having a crazy blowout on Flipstart accessory bundles. They all pretty much come with a "fancy" case, "plain" case, battery, camera, power adapters, some with BT keyboards, mice, cloth...

Prices are lower than the cost of a battery (Exec bundle a bit more). Check it out!

Man, and I just ordered the rugged case... Must resist ordering more Flipstart stuff

the accessory bundles are a sign that stock is going to run out of the flipstart it's self? Those are some crazy prices. CrAzY
