I have managed to strip 1 screw on 1 Flipstart, and 2 screws on the other. Any advice for removing these? The hardware store sells removal devices, but only for much larger screws.
Do I really need to take a drill to my poor flipstart?!!?!?

No, get needlenose pliers and grip the head of the screw with it and twist it out.

Thanks, good to know that's a possibility. I just need to find one small enough. The screws are recessed, but fortunately there is a gap.

Sometimes all you have to do is find a sacrificial flathead screwdriver that's just a touch larger than the screw hole and (gently) tap it into the screw hole with a small rubber hammer... Then use pliers to grip the screwdriver and (gently) apply torque!
