Hi ecsk2. Its always been a pleasure to read you inputs. Regrettably my lack of knowledge means that I am more of a reader of other's views than an introducer of 'stuff'. However, how about the new Fujitsu U2010 which I believe if the successor to the U810. Looks pretty nice to me, if on the pricey side. If it reached the shores of the UK I'd certainly be interested. Notwithstanding, I'm still waiting and hoping that Apple will produce something spectacular 'like what U showed us earlier this year!' A sort of ClamShell iphone / ipod touch. I fear that my trembling hands will be tremble no more by the time that (maybe Apple or) someone pulls such a thing out of the bag.

I doubt Apple will come out with any clamshell nor true "handtop" sized device, I think if anything perhaps a Netbook competitor in the EEE and WIND size at the best.
