This OQO was never quite right. The AC adapter was defective and was exchanged, but not before it damaged my battery. The unit itself showed some manufacturing defects, including a bent USB connector shield and an intermittent video connector socket.
I'm pretty bummed out at this point because I love the product & design, but so far I've been unable to rely on my OQO for my simple mobile computing requirements and that's what I purchased it for.
On the other hand many people here have not experienced any problems with their OQO, so I'm really hoping this next unit is the one
