Some people value a reliable seller, I personally would be careful to spend $1000+ with a seller that has this kind of feedback.

Hi Edgemaster- I have a question.
Are you posting here with the intention of selling your UX to someone on this msg board?
Or are you posting with the intention of sharing your experience and looking for advice and feedback?
(Or some combination of the two)
In the first instance, you'll need to either drop your price quite a bit,
or find some way of adding considerable extra value to your UX,
for anyone here to be much interested. We're smart, technically-oriented users
and wary and picky and persnickety.
Not the easiest market, I'm afraid.
In the second instance, your offer doesn't seem way way out of line in eBay terms;
its pricey but eBay has a very wide range of levels of clue.
One piece of advice: a LOT of scammers and very-bad-persons hide behind supposed
"escrow" services. That you insist on using an escrow could.... possibly....
raise a red flag for some potential buyers. If you want to use one,
make very sure that your service of choice is widely known and has an excellent reputation.
If you don't do that.... you'll definitely scare off the more paranoid buyers.
I mean to imply NO slander to you
Its just... something that can influence people's first impressions.
(( I will say this again, and hopefully I'll be able to shut up afterward, but
If you want it to sell QUICKLY, offer it cheaper. Much. Cheaper.
If you want to sell it for a decent price, list.... relist.... relist.... and be patient. ))

I suspect that at least some of these are "factory refurbished".
Probably "good as new" and almost certainly sold in a shrink-wrapped, sealed box;
but most of the *uber-cheap* UXes I've seen advertised have been refurbs from Sony.
Best way to tell for sure is to check the warranty. Refurbs will have 30 or 90 days, or less.
"New" units should be 1yr.
After warranty, I'd worry about battery, and possibly hidden wear-and-tear on movable parts (e.g. HDD)
otherwise not too bad.
