Just got an email tonight about the new low prices on accessories at dynamism.com. They are bundling in a collection of items (almost all of them includes the camera and a battery) with disounts up to 80%.

Does look like a firesale; but some great opportunities.

I had an order in just for the rugged case, but it was a simple call to them to have it changed to the rugged pack instead.

I'm actually somewhat interested to see what the camera is like, not that I have much of a use for it.

i had an order in for the rugged case also, so i ordered the exec pack instead. now i'll have both. i would have also liked the slim battery, but i couldn't figger out what to do with two nylon bags and two FS-CAMs.

ordered the "style" pack (with slim battery), hopefully my friend in the US will receive it before he leaves on the 2nd of april ;P

Executive pack en route. In fact, this accessory firesale precipitated my buying a FS, as I was on the fence about it. I figure a good passel of accessories increases the resale possibilities and lowers the downside risk in the event I don't like/use the unit... people go gaga for units with tons of accessories on eBay.

I ordered a new High battery for $150 but now I have ordered the FlipStart Executive Pack for $179 instead.

If I could get the FS Cam for cheap, I might able to use it as a GPS (take it apart and solder a GPS chips in there thus I have a GPS attachment )

@snowviper : that's an interesting idea

if you had an USB GPS you could also consider plugging it in the standard USB port with a "Wapy USB Gender" (link for the Wapy USB Gender and other interesting USB adapters here : link )

It has bluetooth, so a bluetooth GPS would work just fine with no soldering required.

I've just ordered a Style and Rugged pack; mostly because I wanted a rugged case and wanted spare batteries. I had a lot to say about FlipStart, but I guess the moment has passed in some ways.

I am still trying to obtain an HSDPA modem to try installing.

Well Bluetooth GPS require it's own internal power (8hrs) that mean I need to bring extra power cord. But if you can have an USB powered one, you could use FS power supply. So if i could make it a clip on i can free my only USB port ;)

Also I wonder if someone do some hack on the Dino board ? It is kinda useless but if I could turn it into a music player than it would be different case.

I just called Dynamism. They are expecting to receive the items "the end of the month". I have no idea when they actually plan to ship orders...

They told me they plan to ship orders at the end of this month. I am looking forward to receiving the Executive pack, didn't even realise it came with a BlueTooth keyboard.
