Anyone have a hard time getting through or getting call backs from them?
I talked to one person who said to fax my form in. I did and it's 3 days now and no reply.
I already have a Sprint account don't know why it's taking so long to approve the add on.
Alos the Fax number on the card is not working 678-325-3838. The number I was given is 800-645-5650.

You dont need to deal with them at all. I signed up online for a SERO account and was up and running in a few hours. I didnt deal with the "Activation Center".

You should sign up and also get a usb modem for cheap. Then you can switch service online between your Flipstart internal modem and your usb modem that you will be able to use with other laptops.

If SERO is not available in my area. Would it be possible to just buy a USB card from Sprint then switch the WAN-LAN numbers with my FlipStart later?

That is what I did and can easily switch between the two using the Sprint website.

I got mines hooked up by calling Sprint 1-888-715-4588.
It was up in running in 4 hours.
FlipStart Activation Center is a waste of time. They never even bothered to return my calls.

I think the whole "Activation Center" Was just to get your name in the "Activation Centers" as the one who signed up a new Sprint user. So the "Activation Center" would get a kick back from Sprint. Now that no more New FlipStarts are around no point in having an "Activation Center"

Yeah,
That's what I was thinking. Every customer they sign up they would get a kickback.
